New Zealanders and Australians share a fiercesome rivarly when it comes to their ‘Trans-Tasman’ sporting clashes.  Here in New Zealand we like to think of Australia as the “West Island of New Zealand.” To cut a long story short. 
It’s a love, hate relationship. They hate losing to us and we love beating them!

However,  there is a underlying deep respect shared between these two proud nations. It’s a respect that steems back to World War I and II when the ANZAC’s  fought and died bravely side by side. Their exploits are of legend.

When it comes to hunting we share the same passion as our mates across the ditch however our
trophies are somewhat different yet very satisfying.  Water Buffalo, wild Ox and boar are on this Aussie hunting menu.

The Australian Water Buffalo in particular can weigh up to 2500lbs and is larger than their cousins the Cape Buffalo and the North American Buffalo with some of their wide sweeping horns measuring in excess of 100+inches.

With time allowing we can also spend a day fishing for Australia`s premier sportfish the `Barramundi'.
